With the development of the market economy,the architectural industry is becoming increasingly competitive,the traditional management mode and management methods have been unable to adapt to the requirements of the development.Modern information technology application in engineering management can directly change the project strategies,increase the information and management level,and also lower the cost.The paper analyzes the common nature of ERP and project management and the necessity of the integration between project management and ERP,and sets the integration strategy of the ERP and project management.
