蜂花粉对四氯化碳所致小鼠急性肝损伤保护作用的病理学分析 被引量:4

摘要 探讨蜂花粉对四氯化碳(CCl4)所致的小鼠急性肝损伤的预防作用,观察其肝组织的病理变化。将48只小鼠随机分成6组:对照组、模型组、破壁花粉高、低剂量组、未破壁花粉高和低剂量组。第1~9天,花粉组每日灌胃给药1次,正常对照组与模型对照组灌胃给予等体积的饮用水,给药24 h后,用四氯化碳致小鼠急性肝损伤,观察比较各组小鼠的肝脏病理组织学变化。结果发现,病理学观察表明蜂花粉各剂量组可预防CCl4引起的肝细胞肿胀、气球样变等减轻急性肝损伤的肝脏损伤程度的病理改变。蜂花粉对CCl4引起的急性化学性肝损伤均有预防作用,破壁蜂花粉效果最明显,并存在量效关系。 The article researched the protection of bee pollen against acute hepatic injury of rats induced by carbon tetrachloride(CCl4)and observe the pathological change of hepatic tissue.40 rats were randomly put into six groups,namely the normal control group and the model control group,the high-and low-dose treating groups with wall-broken and intact bee pollen.The treating groups were wall-broken and intact bee pollen by using stomache tube once a day for nine days successively while the normal and the model were given with the same content of drinking water.After the intragastric administration, when acute hepatic injury was induced by CCl4 in rat,the observation of the pathological changes of their liver was carried out.The results showed that degree of edema and ballooning degeneration of hepatic tissue induced by CCl4 of treatment groups was obviously lessened;bee pollen could improve the pathological changes of liver tissue.It was concluded that bee pollen plays a very important role in protection against acute hepatic injury;the high-dose of wall-broken bee pollen was the most effective and the effect depends on its doses.
