摘要
目的研究加强营养治疗对妊娠糖尿病（GDM）的作用。方法回顾本院2009.2~2009.10住院的GDM患者110例,给予加强营养治疗,观察治疗前后血糖、白蛋白、糖化血红蛋白、甘油三脂和胆固醇水平及婴儿出生体重。结果加强饮食治疗后血糖、血脂、糖化血红蛋白均较治疗前水平明显下降,差异有显著性（P〈0.05）;白蛋白差异无显著性（P〉0.05）,婴儿出生平均体重为（3587±685）g,无巨大胎儿出生。结论加强营养治疗对妊娠糖尿病有明显治疗作用。
Objective：To research the effect of intensive nutrition treatment in the cure of GDM（gestational diabetes mellitus）.Method： Retrospectively evaluate the value of intensive nutrition treatment in 110 cases pregnant women who were diagnosed GDM in our hospitai by survey the level of blood sugar,albumin,HbA1c,triglyceride,cholesterol and infant weight before and after treatment.Results：After intensive nutrition treatment,the blood sugar,HbA1c,triglyceride,cholesterol drop dramatically,having significant difference（P0.05）;But albumin has no significant difference（P0.05）;And infant middleweight（3587±685 g）,not have gigant fetus.Conclusion： Intensive nutrition treatment has a significant therapeutic effect on GDM.
