摘要
根据凸轮磨削运动的特点,采用切点跟踪恒线速度磨削控制原理,建立了凸轮磨削的数学模型,对凸轮轴磨削运动的改进控制算法进行了MATLAB仿真实验,利用MatrixVB控件技术设计了凸轮轴磨削用户操作界面和控制软件,并移植到840D数控系统中。大量实验表明,采用这种磨削软件的数控凸轮磨削误差≤0.025mm,满足了凸轮轴加工厂家的要求,实现了凸轮轴的精密加工。
According to the feature of cam grinding and the control strategy of tangent point keeping constant linear velocity during cam grinding process,the mathematical model is established.The modified control algorithm is simulated by MATLAB and the cam grinding control software is developed with SINUMERIK 840D numerical control machine(NCM) by MatrixVB COM object.The experimental results show that the error of the cam grinding with this software is less than 0.025mm,which satisfies with the precision work of cam shaft.
