高速计数器中断在连接器设备中的应用

Application of high-speed counter interrupt in connector industry machine

凸轮设备是生产连接器的通用设备中的一种。凸轮设备的控制方法较多,本文介绍了利用OMRON的CP1H-Y型PLC中内置的高速计数器中断控制的一种控制方法。使用这种控制方法,不但节省了成本,而且可以起到提高凸轮设备速度的作用。目前这种控制方法在连接器行业设备中得到了广泛应用。通过连接主凸轮的伺服马达的差分编码器反馈到PLC中的高速计数器单元,对高速计数器单元进行配置,实现其与主凸轮机械时序的配合,从而完成对凸轮设备的控制。本文将对其中的工作原理,系统接线,软件配置,马达参数设置及PLC编程等都作了较详细的介绍。

Mechanical cam machine is a general machine which is used in connector assembly.There are some control methods in mechanical cam machine.This paper introduced one control method which use high-speed counter interrupt of OMRON CP1H-Y PLC.Using this control method,not only save the cost,but also increase the cam speed.Now this control method is popular used in connector industry machine.Through main cam servo motor encoder feedback to high-speed counter unit of PLC,configuration highspeed counter unit,realization the cooperation with the timing of mechanical cam,finish the control of cam machine.This paper has a detailed introduction of principle,system wiring,software configuration,servo motor parameter setting and PLC program.
