摘要
在分析目前可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)实验方法的基础上,提出借助于易控组态软件,构建一种全虚拟PLC控制系统,实现一种贴近工业实际的、方便的PLC实验方法。以工业清洗机的控制系统为例,给出了全虚拟PLC系统应用的方法,仅用一台PC机完整实现了具有上下位监控的PLC清洗机控制实验。教学结果证明该方法实用性广、迁移性强,其编程方法、监控模式、通道设置等与工业实际相同,而且只要有PC机就可完成该类实验,使高水平PLC实验得以随处实现。
In analyzing the current programmable logic controller(PLC) based on the experimental method is proposed by means of The INSPEC of Configuration Software,to build a full virtual PLC control system,to achieve a close to the industrial practical,convenient PLC experimental methods.Industrial washing machine control system as an example of a virtual PLC system-wide application of the method,only a single PC to full realization of the monitoring with upper and lower washing machine PLC controlled trials.The results show that the method of teaching practical wide,migration and strong,its programming,monitoring mode,channel settings,the same as with the industrial reality,but as long as PC the experiments can be completed,so that experiments can be to achieve with a high level of PLC in anywhere.
