摘要
本文阐述了双压法湿度发生器的工作原理,设计了湿度传感器校准测试系统的硬件电路和控制系统软件,试制了样机。在测试环境温度23℃,不同湿度的条件下,对9个湿度传感器进行了校准测试和数据分析,样机达到了预定的精度,满足使用要求。
The author elaborated working principle of double-pressure humidity generator,designed hardware circuit and control system software of the humidity sensor calibration testing system,finished the trial manufacture of prototype.Completed calibration testing and data analysis of total 9 humidity sensors under the testing conditions of constant temperature(23℃) and different humidity.The results showed that prototype reached anticipated precision,and could meet the application requirements.
