摘要 建立了一种测定ABS塑料中溴含量的快速无损测定方法。采用近红外积分球漫反射技术和偏最小二乘回归算法建立ABS塑料中溴的快速测定模型,并分别采用内部交叉验证和外部验证考察了模型的推广性能。研究表明,分析模型的测定结果准确可靠,相关系数、交叉验证均方差和预测均方差分别达到0.97972、3.34和2.95,且操作简便快速,可推广用于工业现场的快速无损检测。 Fast analysis method of Br in ABS was established with NIR spectroscopy combined with partial least squares(PLS).Internal cross-validation and external validation ware used to test the performance of analysis model.The result showed the correlation coefficient,the root mean square error of cross-validation and the root mean square error of prediction were 0.97972,3.34,and 2.95 respectively.The proposed method was accurate,simple and fast,and could be applied to at-spot detection.
