摘要
利用金属原位分析仪,对高碳钢中典型钢种77B、82B圆坯偏析及致密情况进行了分析。分析结果表明:碳、锰偏析分布位置大体相符,主要分布在圆坯中心;偏析形式有正偏析和负偏析两种;碳偏析较锰偏析严重;本次分析试样较致密,部分试样中心附近存在轻微缩孔。对现有工艺提出了改进措施。
The segregation and soundness of round billets of 77B and 82B,two typical grades in high carbon steel,are analyzed by metal original position analyzer.The analysis results show: carbon and manganese distribution positions are more or less correspondent,mainly at the billet center;two types of segregation are found,i.e.,positive segregation and negative segregation;carbon segregation is more serious than manganese segregation;samples in this batch are sound and slight shrinkages are found near the center of partial samples.For this reason,improvement measures are proposed on the existing process.
