摘要
介绍了采用X射线荧光光谱法测定镁砂中的SiO2、CaO、MgO、Fe2O3、Al2O3等元素的方法。采用将灼烧后的样品与四硼酸锂混合在高温条件下熔融成片,用X射线荧光光谱仪测定,分析结果的精密度、准确度高,分析速度快,适合于大批量进厂原料的检验工作。
The paper introduces the method of X-ray fluorescence spectrometry to measure and determine SiO2 ,CaO,MgO,Fe2O3,Al2O3 and other elements in magnesia.The burnt sample is mixed with lithium tetraborate and melted under high temperature into a slice and measured by X-ray fluorescent spectrometer.Since this method gives high precision and accuracy,fast analysis speed,it is suitable to be adopted in the inspection on bought-in raw material in large quantity.
