摘要
在26~28℃,相对湿度65%~80%条件下,用玉米面和麦麸以7:3配方进行的饲养密度试验,结果以每公斤饲料投卵2000粒的处理最好,平均蛹重33mg,平均蛹长10. 2mm,成蛾率38%,单雌产卵354粒,繁殖倍数达49倍。对米娥分布密度和化蛹习性调查发现,饲养盒内米蛾在边角区的分布约占40%,边缘区中间区各占30%。米蛾具有相互紧密靠近,群集化蛹习性,蛹茧多为一层竖状排列,在极拥挤条件下才有二层排列,下层蛹茧排列呈不规则状,羽化时很难钻透饲料面。
The breeding density experiment was carried out in 26~28℃ and 65%~80%RH,with the diet prescription of maize powder and wheat bran 7∶3. The best treatment was putting 2000 eggs into a KG diet.The average pupa weight was 33mg.The average pupa length was 10. 2mm The adult moth rate was 38%.The ovipositon of every female was 354 eggs,The reproductive multiples were high to 49 times.On surveying the distribution and pupating behavior of rice moth it has shown that about 40% of the rice moths distributed in the corner regions of the boxes and about 30% each in the middle and
side regions of the boxes The rice months gathered together when they were pupating.The pupa cocoons arranged in a vertical layer and may arrange in two layers in too crowded condition.The lower layer was irregular in form and the moths from this layer could not penetrate the feed stratam in the emergence peried.
