混合锌粉包覆工艺中PTFE替代PVA的可行性 被引量:2

摘要 在混合锌粉包覆过程中,添加质量比为10%的聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)取代传统工艺的聚乙烯醇(PVA)。考察了极板的成形性、均匀性,并采用实验电池进行电性能分析。添加10%的PTFE的混合锌粉在电极成形性、均匀性(厚度、质量)、充放电性能(循环性能、湿寿命)等方面,都略优于添加PVA的混合锌粉,第36次循环(湿寿命性能)的放电容量高出近10%。 Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) with mass ratio of 10% was added in the coating process of mixed zinc powder to sub- stitute polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) of traditional technology. The electrode formability, uniformity of plate were investigated, the elec- tric performance was analyzed by experimental cell. The electrode formability, uniformity (thickness, weight) and charge-discharge performance (cycle performance, wet life) of mixed zinc powder adding 10% PTFE were slightly better than mixed zinc powder adding PVA, the discharge capacity at the 36th cycle(wet life performance)was higher,about 10%.
