摘要
通过板栅抗曲压力试验、板栅与活性物质质量比的对比、涂板后正常极板与露筋极板的应力分析、不同条件下化成引起的翘曲变形对比,认为解决中大密铅酸电池正极板翘曲的关键是:①选择辐射形的板栅结构,适当增加加强筋,合理的活性物质质量比;②加强涂板过程控制;③合理选择电解液的密度和电流密度。
By the experiment of anti warping pressure of grid, comparing the mass ratio of grid and active material, analyzing the stress of normal plate and exposed tendons plate after plate coating, comparing the warping and deformation caused by formation under different conditions, it was considered that the following factors were the key to solve the positive plate warping of large dense lead-acid battery:① Selecting radiation-shaped grid structure, properly increasing the stiffener, a reasonable mass ratio of active material; ② strengthening the control of plate coating process; ③ choosing the electrolyte density and current density reasonably.
