圆锥螺纹量规中径测量方法探讨

在汽车行业对圆锥螺纹量规质量要求不断提升的同时,对测量准确度也提出了进一步的要求。本文分析了圆锥螺纹塞规几种测量方法的优缺点,着重探讨了用万能工具显微镜测量圆锥螺纹中径方法以及用螺纹塞规检验螺纹环规方法。

With the development and improvement of industry, the process capacity of taper threads gauge is required sticter, and the requirement of accurate measurement is also advanced. In this article, it analyzed the advantage and disadvantage of several measurements of taper threads gauge. The main introduction is the measurement of pitch diameter of taper threads pin gauge by universal tool microscope and the measurement of the ring gauge by pin gauge.
