摘要 过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体(PPAR-γ)是核受体超家族成员之一,其具有抗炎作用,抑制平滑肌细胞迁移、增殖,而PPAR-γ激活剂特异激活后能改善胰岛素抵抗,降低血管平滑肌细胞胞内Ca2+浓度和血管张力,多水平抑制RAAS的活性,改善血管内皮功能,降低交感神经活性,从而达到降压的作用,它在高血压的发生、发展中的作用日益受到人们的重视。 Peroxisome proliferators-actiated(PPAR-γ) is a member of the nuclear receptor superfamily.It has anti-inflammatory effect,inhibiting proliferation of smooth muscle cell proliferation and migration.Activated PPAR-γ can improve insulin resistance,reduce vascular smooth muscle cells Ca^2+ concentration inside the cell and tension.Inhibit multi-level RAAS activity,improve endothelial function and reduce the sympathetic nervous activity to lower blood pressure.The role in the development of hypertension has attracted increasing attention.
