论大学生“系统思考”能力的培养

On the Cultivation of College Students' "System Thinking" Ability

培养学生实践能力和创新能力是高校人才培养的根本任务。文章认为,高校培养学生实践能力和创新能力最根本的任务是培养学生"系统思考"能力,将学习型组织理论引入课堂教学,建立学习团队,开展团队学习,是培养学生"系统思考"能力的新途径。

Cultivating college students＇ practical and innovative ability is the basic task of colleges and universities.At present,the education field hasn＇t reached a concensus on the basic problem and the cultivation pathway.The paper proposes that the basic task is to cultivate college students＇ ＂system thinking＂ ability;the new pathway is to adopt learning organizational theory in the classroom,to form study groups and start group learning.
