摘要
在分析拍照手机镜头杂散光对成像品质影响的基础上,介绍了手机镜头杂散光测量的基本原理和方法。提出了区别传统测量装置的杂散光测量系统,该系统基于方型光箱和面型感光器件。CMOS图像传感器接收选定像场指定位置的目标黑体和白体成像后的光强度信号,经处理后由USB送入电脑,专用电脑软件自动计算各位置的杂散光系数并判断是否符合设定的标准。实测结果证明系统能快速测量拍照手机镜头的杂散光系数,方便评定镜头的影像品质,对镜头生产厂有较大的实用价值。
Based on analysis that influence an imaging quality of mobile phone lens about veiling glare(VG), the basic principle and method of VG measurement of mobile phone lens are introduced. A VG measurement system as distinguished from traditional measuring equipment is described. In this system, there are square light box and CMOS module. CMOS module received intensity signals of given positions in the designated field with black and white patterns. The signal is transmitted to computer by USB. The special software can automatically calculate veiling glare index (VGI) of every position and judge OK or NG. The experimental result indicates that the system can speedy measure VGI of mobile phone lens. It is convenience to evaluate the quality of mobile phone lens and has a good utility value for manufacturer.
