摘要
小麦耐病品种“耐锈2号”与小麦叶锈菌互作的研究结果表明,耐叶锈小麦品种具有高度感病品种的严重病情,反应型,普遍率和严重率均高。病害的潜伏期短,发展速度快,夏孢子堆较大,产孢能力较强等。对小麦在孕穗初期高强度接种病原菌的(?)迫下,单株粒数、单株粒重、千粒重和产量下降幅度较小。并且发现对小麦叶锈菌不同生理小种的反应一致。
The interaction of Ieaf rust-tolerant wheat cultivar Naixiu No.2 with Puccinia recondita f.sp.tritici were studied in field and green-house.The experimental results showed that the leaf rust-tolerant culti-var was characterized by:(1) exhibiting severe symptoms like that of susceptible cultivars,such as susceptible-type reaction,fast rising in infection rate,high severity and fast development,short latent period,high infection frequency,larger uredial size and powerful sporulation capacity;(2) ,insignificant influence on number and weight of grains per plant,1000 kernel weight and plot yield under enomous inoculation with mixed races of leaf rust in booting stage;(3) .same response to different physioligical races (CL-1,CL-3,and PP-17) .
