高热碘化油-平阳霉素乳剂超选择肝动脉栓塞治疗巨大肝血管瘤的疗效评价

摘要 目的:对比高热碘化油-平阳霉素乳剂超选择肝动脉栓塞与平阳霉素碘化油乳剂超选择肝动脉栓塞治疗巨大肝血管瘤的临床疗效。方法:回顾性对照分析60例巨大肝血管瘤患者经两种不同的栓塞方法治疗前后的情况。结果:实验组的临床疗效优于对照组,而无特殊及严重的术后并发症及不良反应。结论:高热碘化油-平阳霉素乳剂超选择肝动脉栓塞治疗巨大肝血管瘤疗效优于平阳霉素碘化油乳剂超选择肝动脉栓塞。 Objective:To evaluate the curative effects of 110℃ pingyangmycin-lipiodol emulsion via intra-aryerial thermochemotherapy in huge hemangiomas of liver.Methods:Sixty patients with huge hemangiomas of liver were divided into study group and control group.Intra-hepatic-arterial embolization therapy was performed in all patients.For patients in study group the solution was warmed up to 110℃,while the patients in control group the temperature of solution was normal.Observation on the volume of hemangiomas of liver before and after the therapy was made.Results:The volume of hemangiomas of liver were decreased in both groups.The tumor volume of study group was decreased more than the tumor volume of control group(p0.05). But there were no special and severe postoperative complications and side reactions.Conclusion:110℃ pingyangmycin-lipiodol emulsion via intra-aryerial thermochemotherapy is better than normal temperature pingyangmycin-lipiodol emulsion via intra-aryerial thermochemotherapy.
