摘要
以30CrMnSi 钢为基体,其表面喷涂镍基合金+WC 的合金粉未后进行了激光表面熔覆处理。通过显微硬度,金相观察以及阳极钝化曲线的测定,对激光熔覆层组织和性能进行了研究。结果表明:激光熔覆层,不仅硬度较基体成倍提高,而且具有优越的抗腐蚀性能。
After spraying of Ni-base alloy and WC alloy powder,the fundamen-tal body of 30CrMn Si steel was treated with laser melting teachnique on the surface.The structure and property of the laser melting cover layer were studied through measuring the microscopic hardness,metal phase observation and measuring the positive pole passivation curve.The results showed that the cover layer was doubled in hardness than the fundamental body and excellent in anti-corrosion property.
