Effect of Different Growth Regulators on Drought Resistance in Maize

摘要 玉米(Zea Mays L.)杂交种豫玉3号在孕穗期采用叶面喷施:0.5% KH_2PO_4、0.01%“叶面宝”、0.1%“爱农”、0.4%“微肥”和蒸馏水。开花期在水分胁迫下,与未受水分胁迫的植株(CK)相比,叶水势和相对含水量降低,质膜透性增大,脂质过氧化作用增强,叶组织膜脂脂肪酸组分发生改变,最终导致产量降低。但经过生长调节剂处理的植株,耐旱性增强,叶片受伤害程度较轻,产量损失较小。 Leaves of corn (Zea Mays L. ) were treated by different growth regu- lators, 'Ye-Mian-bao', potassium dihydrogen phosphate, 'Enong', fetilizer containing trace elements and distilled water as control at booting stage. Under water stress at flowering stage, leaves of corn plants were injured sesriously. It was showed that water potential and relative water content lowered, permeability of plasmolemma increased, SOD activity lowered, MDA content increased and fatty acid composition of membrane lipid in leaves changed. All of these changes in physiological and biochemical process resulted in obvious grain yield decrease. However, the leaves of plants which were treated by growth regulators suffered from drought injury as compared with the control treatment and their grain yield was high, too.
