不带外置床300MW循环流化床机组的协调控制及优化 被引量:12

摘要 由于循环流化床锅炉热惯性和迟滞性大,参数间耦合关系强烈,给机组的自动控制带来很大困难,特别是流化床机组的大型化使其控制问题更加突出。在对东方锅炉厂300MW循环流化床机组(不带外置床)协调控制优化及投入的过程中,采用创新的控制策略,使整个机组的自动投入率达到100%,负荷变化率达到2%,实现投入自动发电控制方式运行,取得令人满意的效果。 As a new combustion technology with a relatively short history,the circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boiler still needs to be further studied in many aspects,the control theory and control technology,in particular,which is far from satisfactory for engineering application.The fluidized bed boiler,due to its thermal inertia,large hysteresis,and strong coupling relationship between parameters,is very difficulties for automatic control.The increasing scale of fluidized bed unit makes the control problem more prominent.Innovative control strategy was adopted in the process of coordinated control optimization and auto switch on of the 300 MW CFB unit (without the external bed),which made the automatic switch on rate reach 100% and the load change rate 2%,and the automatic switch-on run in automatic generation control(AGC) mode with a very satisfactory result.
