摘要
发电机定子线圈产生的热量与发电机负荷成正比,只要定子冷却水的流量能随发电机负荷成正比变化,并维持定子线圈冷却水的出口温度不超标,就可以利用调节阀或电机变频技术来节省系统的能耗。介绍了发电机定子冷却水系统的节能原理及改进措施,并针对2个不同厂家生产的定子冷却水系统进行了节能潜力分析。通过提高集装式定子冷却水装置的布置标高以及减少水质再生的流量,可以利用回水势能,降低冷却水系统的能耗。
Heat produced by generator stator coil is proportional to generator load.If the cooling water flow varies with generator load in proportion and the outlet temperature of cooling water for stator coil is kept within criteria,the energy consumption of cooling water system will be saved by use of control valve or motor frequency conversion technology.The paper introduces the energy saving principle and improvement measures for stator cooling water system,and makes an analysis of the energy saving potential for the stator cooling water systems made by two different manufacturers.The potential energy of return water can be utilized to reduce the energy consumption of cooling water system through raising the elevation of equipment containing cooling water and by reducing the flow of regeneration water.
