摘要
通过对6组48个试件进行力学性能试验,研究了E玻璃纤维增强环氧树脂基复合材料顺纤维方向和垂直纤维方向的抗拉强度、弹性模量、泊松比,并与输电杆塔结构中常用钢材进行了力学性能和成本对比分析。结果表明,E玻璃纤维增强环氧树脂基复合材料力学性能优异、绝缘性能良好、成本合理,适宜在输电杆塔结构中应用。
48 specimens with six groups of E-glass fiber/epoxy composite material were tested under monotonously increasing loads.The average result and the discrete coefficient of tensile strength,elasticity modulus and Poisson's ratio were obtained,which will provide a experimental basis for the material to be used in the transmission project.The mechanical properties and cost of the material and common steel used in transmission towers are discussed and compared.The result shows that E-glass fiber/epoxy composite material is applicable to the transmission towers.
