油菜素内酯对玉米耐旱性的生理效应 被引量:9

摘要 1987—1988年,采用油菜素内酯(BR)、矮壮素(CCC)浸种及NPK种肥等单因素对比试验,探讨油菜素内酯对玉米不同生育阶段耐旱性的生理效应。结果表明,油菜素内酯在许多方面参与玉米生长和代谢过程的调节,对受水分胁迫影响的玉米在生长、原生质膜相对透性、硝酸还原酶活性、ATP及叶绿素含量、光合作用等的改变上均有良好的缓解作用,并可促进复水后生理过程的恢复,减少籽粒产量的损失,其增强玉米耐旱性的效果仅次于NPK,而好于矮壮素。 The studies on physiological effects of BR on drought resistance in maize at different growth stages were conducted in 1987--1988. The results indicated that BR partook in regulating growth and metabolism of maize in many aspects. It could moderate influence of water stress on growth, plasma membrane permeability, nitrate reductase activity, ATP and chlorophyll content, photosynthesis rate etc., speed up the recovery of physiological processes after 7 days of drought and increase grain yield. As compared with other regulators in rising drought resistance of maize, BR was slightly inferior to NPK, but better than CCC.
