彩色多普勒超声对高血压病患者心功能的测定

Measurment of Heart Function in Hypertensives by Corlor Doppler Ultrasound

通过智能声学定量技术及多普勒血流频谱对31例高血压病患者及20例正常人的左右心室收缩、舒张功能进行了测定比较,从而揭示出高血压病患者心功能与正常人心功能的显著差异性。运用HP—2500型彩色多普勒超声诊断仪中配备的AQi技术、多普勒血流频谱分别对病例组与正常对照组进行左右心室的收缩及舒张功能测量。结果高血压病组与正常对照组的收缩功能无明显差异,而舒张功能的高血压病组明显减低。提示高血压病患者舒张功能受损先于收缩功能,且右室舒张功能受损同左室舒张功能减退相一致。

Acoustic quantification technique and doppler frequency spectra were used in 31 hypertensive and 20 healthy subjects to evaluate the measurment of the left and the right ventricular systolic and diastolic function, The results showed that in hypertensive subjects ventriculars diastolic dysfunction took place before its systolic dysfunction,the right ventricular disastolic dysfunction was consistent with the left.
