2009年贵州菌痢监测地区志贺菌菌型分布及耐药性分析 被引量:4

Analysis of Shigella's the Distribution and the Drug Resistance of Guizhou Bacillary dysentery Monitors Areas in 2009

摘要 目的了解贵州省志贺菌菌型分布及耐药情况。方法对77株菌痢标本采用WHO推荐的美国临床实验室标准化委员会(NCCLS)规定的药敏试验(改良K-B法)进行耐药性分析。结果 4个监测地区的77株菌,经血清分型,结果宋内52株占67.53%,福氏25株占32.47%。福氏亚型F3a10株占40.00%、F2a9株占36.00%、F1a3株占12.00%、福氏X变种2株占8.00%、F2b1株占4.00%。77株志贺菌均有不同程度的耐药。结论 77株志贺菌对10种抗生素已有不同程度的耐药,耐药率达6.49%~100.00%,且已产生多重耐药现象,提示贵州志贺菌耐药情况已较为严重,尤其是对第三代喹诺酮类药物环丙沙星已开始产生耐药。 Objective To obtain the situation of Guizhou Province Shigella's distribution and drug resistance.Method Analysis of the drug resistance of 77 bacillary dysentery specimens with medicine sensitive experiment (improved K-B),for American Clinical Laboratory Standardization Committee (NCCLS) recommendated by WHO.Results 77 specimens of 4 monitor areas,by the blood somatotype,S.sonneri 52 accounts for 67.53%,S.flexneri 25 accounts for 32.47%.S.flexneri hypotype F3a 10 accounts for 40.00%,F2a 9 accounts for 36.00%,F1a 3 accounts for 12.00%,S.flexneri X variety 2 accounts for 8.00%,F2b 1 accounts for 4.00%.77 Shigella specimens had varying degree of drug resistance.Conclusions 77 Shigella specimens had varying degree drug resistance of 10 kinds of antibiotic,the rate reached to 6.49%~100.00%,and which had been multiple drug resistance,the above showed that Guizhou Shigella the drug resistance situation already seriously,especily to the third generation QNS medicine ciprofloxacin had been resistance to drug.
