摘要
目的对XS-1000i全自动五分类血细胞分析仪的应用进行初步评价。方法随机收集住院患者新鲜血液标本,严格按照该仪器操作规程使用配套试剂,测定仪器的重复性、线性、互染率、以及通过标准化的传统手工显微镜检进行对比分析,对仪器性能进行验证和评价。结果各项参数总重复性测定,CV值均在3%以下,携带污染率达到仪器的测试水平;各稀释度标本结果均呈良好的线性;连续开机144h,测定全血质控WBC、RBC、HGB、PLT等结果稳定性良好;WBC、RBC、HGB、PLT等结果与XE-2100相关性良好。自动进样模式和末梢全血手动进样模式的相关性良好;五分类结果与显微镜及XE-2100相关性良好。显微镜分类比对,符合率良好;IG未成熟粒细胞值(即早幼粒、中幼粒、晚幼粒细胞之和),与油镜分类早幼粒、中幼粒、晚幼粒细胞之和结果相关性良好。结论 XS-1000i系统具有优良的性能,主要指标符合临床应用要求,自动化程度高,血液检查标准、规范、检测快速准确,操作简便,是目前较理想的小型全自动五分类血细胞分析仪。
Objective To evaluate the function and clinical application of XS-1000it automatic hematology analyzer.Method The fresh blood specimens were obtained from inpatient at random.According to the operating manual,major performances of instrument were detected and assessed with the accessory reagents such as reproducibility,linearity and mutual infection rate.Furthermore compared with traditional manual microscopy,which was detected by veteran,instrument accuracy was appraised.Results Every performance parameter expressed as CV can be lower than 3% detected by the reproducible measurements.The carry-over studies displayed well and were identified with the normal test level of instrument.And the results of each diluted samples shown good linearity.For a continuous test about 144 h,the good stability in WBC,RBC,HGB and PLT was detected in the whole blood control,which also had a good correlation to XE-2100 and did well in automatic sampling and periphery hand sampling mode.Meanwhile,the 5-Classification data and coincidence rate correlated well compared with the detection of traditional manual microscopy and XE-2100;The immaturity granulocyte value (total value of progranulocyte,myelocyte and metamyelocyte) displayed better correlation to the identification of the oil immersion lens by manual.Conclusions XS-1000it automatic hematology analyzer showed excellent performance especially in automation and high standard.Also all the clinic criterion requests have been supplied swiftly and conveniently.Thus,based on these advantages,XS-1 000it was regarded as a reliable hematology analysis equipment.
