On the Cultivation of Female University Students' Vocational Core Competence

职业核心能力是基于时代发展和社会进步应运而生的,它既是核心又是基础,是从事任何一项工作所必需的素质,是伴随终身的可持续发展的能力。女大学生应通过自我提升、学校培训、社会促进等多种手段提升自身"软实力",增强就业竞争力,以应对求职就业的困境,取得求职竞争、入职发展和晋职的成功。

The vocational core competence emerged from the development and progress of the society. It＇ s both the core and the basis, which is the necessary quality for taking any jobs as career, and also the sustainable developing ability. Female university students should develop their soft power by self developing, school training and social ad- vance to face the predicament when seeking jobs, achieving the success of employment competition, career develop- ment and the promotion.
