食管原发性恶性黑色素瘤(附2例报告并文献复习)

PRIMARY MALIGNANT MELANOMA OF ESOPHAGUS (WITH A LITERATURE REVIEW AND A REPORT OF 2 CASES)

目的报告2例男性食管原发性恶性黑色素瘤（EM）并复习国内外文献报告的83例。方法对2例的临床及病理资料进行回顾性分析。结果病理组织学证实，肿瘤起源于食管粘膜上皮内的黑色素细胞。治疗方式以手术加放疗为主。结论EM是一种高度恶性肿瘤，该瘤生长迅速，常可复发，预后差。

Objective Two cases of male patients with primary malignant esophageal melanoma (EM) were reported,and the reports of 83 cases from the Chinese and foreign literature were reviwed. Methods The present paper retrospectively analyzed the clinical and pathological data of the two cases. Results Histopathology proved that the tumors orignated from the intraepithelial melanocytes of esophageal mucosa. The treatment mainly combined operation with radiotherapy. Conclusion EM Is a highly malignant tumor which often grows rapidly and has poor prognosis.
