摘要
在大豆胞囊线虫病严重发生的地块,布置不同前茬作物对大豆胞囊线虫影响的试验,结果表明,用蓖麻做前茬的试验区,下茬大豆根上的胞囊明显减少,产量大幅度提高。可以认为蓖麻与大豆轮作是防治大豆胞囊线虫病的有效措施。
A field severely infested with soybean cyst nematode(SCN)was planted with a susceptible soybean cultivar. In the subsequent year, the field was planted with cither castor bean(Ricinus communis), corn, millet,or sus- ceptible soybean. In the third year,all plots were planted with susceptible soybean Tiefeng No. 8.After 3 years,the density of SCN in plots rotated with castor bean was 2.7 and 0.4 cysts/plant for first and second genera- tions.respectively. In plots planted only with soybean,the density of SCN was 110.3 and 35.4, cysts/plant for first and second generations, respec- tively.The seed yield of Tiefeng No.8 in castor plots was 118.9 KG/MU, but only 27.4 KG/MU in soybean plots. Rotation of castor bean with soybean could control soybean cyst nematode.
