摘要 目的了解鼠尾血管的支数及来源,找出适宜的穿刺血管。方法对40例成年大鼠进行过氯乙烯灌注,经血管铸型和解剖后,观察其尾部血管的情况。结果大鼠尾部有五条动脉血管,四条静脉血管伴行。结论大鼠尾两外侧动静脉较粗大,静脉位置表浅,在药物实验中适宜作为静脉穿刺部位。 Objective To find out the number and source of the blood vessels in rat tail and the blood vessels suitable to puncture . Method After pouring perchloroethylene into the blood vessels and which were casted and dissected in 40 adult rats. Result It was found that there are 5 arteries and 4 veins in tail . Conclusion Veins and arteries in both side of rat tail are thicker in diameter and veins are shallower in position, so they are more suitable perforating blood vessels in drug experiment.
