相转移催化法合成甘油的实验研究

摘要 目的探讨实验室合成甘油的最佳反应条件。方法利用相转移催化法合成甘油,通过反转恢复序列(IR)和HNMR验证结构,并对影响反应的因素及相催化剂进行研究。结果该法合成甘油的最佳反应条件为:以PEG-600(聚乙二醇)为相催化剂,反应物按1:1.5投料。反应温度控制在90℃左右,反应时间3.5~4h。结论通过对合成实验的研究,该法反应时间短,产品收率高,具有广泛的应用前景。 Objective To probe into the best reaction conditions of synthesis of glycerin in experiment laboratory.Methods Glycerin was synthzd with the phase transfer catalyst and its structure was examined with inversion-recovery sequence(IR) adn HNMR.A research was done on the factors and the phase transfer catalyst which interfere with reaction.Results The best reaction conditions of synthesis glycerin were that the PEG - 600 was the phase transfer catalyst and the ratio of reactants were 1:1.5 and the temperature of reaction was controled at about 90℃ and the time of reaction was 3.5h.Conclusion The time of reaction was short and the rating of product was high.So the method has a good prospect of being widely applied
