按摩对羊肠淋巴干压力及流量的影响

Influence of massage on pressure and flow of the intestinal lymphatic trunks in goats

目的测定羊肠淋巴干的正常压力、流量及按摩对压力、流量的影响。方法山羊活体肠淋巴干插管，插管后３０ｍｉｎ测定正常压力，再以３０次·ｍｉｎ－１的频率按摩小肠直至压力不再上升时为止。测量后收集３０ｍｉｎ的淋巴流量，计算其每分钟流量，对压力与流量的相关性进行分析。结果分析用ｔ检验。结果山羊肠干的压力为９．１±２．１５ｃｍＨ２Ｏ；按摩小肠最终压力为３９．５６±１０．１７ｃｍＨ２Ｏ，两者差异具有显著性意义（Ｐ＜０．０１）。按摩后３０ｍｉｎ的淋巴流量为２．０２±０．６８ｍｌ，每分钟流量为０．０６７４±０．０２ｍｌ·ｍｉｎ－１。淋巴流量与按摩小肠最终压力具有高度相关性（ｒ＝０．９５９，Ｐ＝０．０１）。结论按摩对山羊肠淋巴引流具有明显影响。

Objective To investigate the normal pressure and flow rate of the in testinal lymphatic trunks of goat and the influence of massage on them. Methods A catheter was inserted into the intestinal lymphatic trunks of goat in vivo, 30min later the pressure was measured as normal pressure. The intestinal was massaged in a frequency of 30min -1 , the highest pressure was measured. Then the flow rate of the lymphatic was calculated by a 30min lymph. The relationship of the pressure and the flow rate was analyzed. The t test was used for the result analysis.Results The normal pressure and the intestinal massaged pressure of the intestinal lymphatic trunks of goat were 9.1±2.15cmH 2O and 39.56±10.17cmH 2O respectively.The lymph flow rate was 0.0674±0.02ml·min -1 after massage. The lymph flow rate related closely to the intestinal massaged pressure ( r=0.959, P =0.01). Conclusion The lymphatic drainage of the intestinal lymphatics of goat could be influenced by massage severely.
