摘要
目的探讨归芪汤对活动性肺结核红细胞免疫功能及临床疗效的影响。方法将120例活动性肺结核患者随机分为归芪汤组(62例)及化疗组(58例),两组初治肺结核采用H、R、E、S,复治肺结核采用H、Z、K、1321Th化疗方案。归芪汤组加服归芪汤,每日1剂水煎服。连续治疗2mo。治疗前后分别检测红细胞免疫指标、病灶范围、痰菌变化,并以30例健康人的红细胞免疫指标作对照。结果两组肺结核患者红细胞免疫功能均低于正常人(P<0.01),两组治疗前后红细胞C3b花环率(RBC-C3bRR)比较均有升高,红细胞IC花环率(RBC-ICR)改变不大;归芪汤组红细胞C3b花环率升高幅度优于化疗组(P<0.01)。两组疗效比较,归芪汤组总有率93.54%,明显高于化疗组的44.83%(P<0.005)。痰菌转阴:归芪汤组44例,化疗组18例,两组比较P<0.005。结论归芪汤具有增强活动性肺结核患者红细胞免疫功能的作用,能提高肺结核病的治疗效果。
Objective To research the effects of Guiqi Decoction(GQD) on the erythrocyte immune function (EIF) of patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis (APT) and its clinical curative effects. Methods 120 cases of APT were divided into GQD group (62 cases) and chemotherapeutical group (58 cases) randomly. The newly-diagnosed patients were treated with H.R.E.S. regimens and the return patients were treated with H.Z.K. 1321 Th. regimens. The first group were required to take GQD additionally, one dose per day. The treatment lasted two months on end .The erythrocyte immunity index, focus range and sputum tuberculosis bacillus change were observed before and after treatment , and were compared with the immunity index of a normal group of 30 healthy people. Results EIF of both groups were lower than that of the normal subjects ( P <0.01). The rosette rate of red blood cell C 3b receptor (RBC- C 3bRR) of two groups all increased before and after treatment ,while the rosette rate of red blood cell Ic receptor (RBC-ICR) changed little .RBC- C 3bRR of GQD group increased higher than that of chemotherapeutical group ( P <0.01) .The total curative effects (93.54%) of GQD group was significantly higher than that of chemotherapeutical group (44.829%)( P <0.005) .The sputum tuberculosis bacillus conversed negatively:44 cases of GQD group and 18 cases of chemotherapeutical group were observed ( P <0.005).Conclusion CQD can enhance the EIF and improve the curative effects of APT.
