Ten Trends of Chinese Non-government Higher Education Development in Future

中国民办高等教育经过30年的发展,已从边缘区域向中心区域位移。今后10年的发展态势如何,是每一位民办高等教育工作者关注的重大问题。笔者试图从国家民办高等教育政策走向、社会经济发展背景、民办高校发展现状三大因素可能对民办高等教育产生的影响出发,就中国民办高等教育未来走势进行分析。为便于理清思路、把握脉络,本文从民办高等教育的规模化、规范化、制度化、优质化、多样化、特色化、国际化、市场化、行业化、转设化十个方面进行阐述,以共同探讨这一具有指导性、前瞻性的问题。

After 30 years of development,Chinese non-governmental higher education has moved from the edge to the center.The development trend in the following next 10 years,is the major concern for each non-governmental higher education workers.From the state policy,socio-economic development background and current status of non-governmental institution of higher learning,the author analyzes the trend of Chinese non-governmental high education.In order to sort ideas,this paper discusses this forward-looking issue from the following ten aspects which include scalization,standardization,institutionalization,quality,diversification,features,international,market-oriented and industry-based.
