民办高校建立现代大学制度探讨

On Establishment of Modern University System in Non-governmental Institutions of Higher Learning

在分析国内民办高校现行管理制度的基础上,参照国际上知名私立大学成功的管理制度,提出了在我国民办高校建立现代大学制度的必要性及可行性,为进一步规范民办高校的管理,建立规范的现代大学制度,进一步提高民办高校的办学水平和办学实力提供管理制度上的借鉴。在此基础上,提出民办高校建立现代大学制度的两个政策问题。

Based on analyzing current management system of domestic non-governmental institutions of higher learning and with the reference of successful management system of international famous private universities,this paper proposes the necessity and feasibility of establishing modern university system in non-governmental institutions of higher learning.It also provides experience of management system for further normalizing of private university＇s management,establishing normative modern university system and improving level and strength of Chinese non-governmental institutions of higher learning.Moreover,two policy issues related to establish modern university are proposed accordingly.
