摘要
强化财政科技支出项目的绩效评价,是提高科技投入资金使用效果的有效手段。本文探讨了财政科技支出项目绩效评价的主要原则,对财政科技支出项目绩效评价指标体系和财政科技支出绩效评价实施体系的构建提出了完整的思路与构想。
To strengthen financial technology projects performance evaluation is an effective way to improve the efficiency of using funds for science and technology.This paper discusses the main principles of performance evaluation of general budget on science and technology.The author also proposes a complete thought and ideas for expenditure performance evaluation system and financial technology performance evaluation system.
