我国大学教学评价制度的反思与重构 被引量:26

摘要 大学教学评价作为制度导引是大学教学诸多现实问题的根本和核心。大学教学评价制度根植于传统大学教学观,因此,观念的转变是关键。教学学术作为一种新的大学教学观为此提供了契机。构建教学学术视野中的大学教学评价制度应注意:大学教学评价进入学术评价系统,实行分类、分阶段评价;确定教学水平标准,实行分等级评价;澄清教学的多维属性,实行多维度考核;加强评价的学生取向性等。
