摘要
海洋油气开发是影响国家能源稳定和经济安全的战略产业,海上石油钻井平台是海洋油气开发的关键装备。研究了在A1+A2海区作业的石油钻井平台GMDSS无线电设备如何配备的各种规则从法律法规上取得了依据,阐述了平台通信的特殊性和功能要求,总结了平台无线电设备的配备和检验方法,对石油平台无线电设备配备和检验具有参考价值和借鉴作用。
Offshore gas and oil development is a strategic industry concerning the national energy stability and economic security.Offshore drilling platform plays an important role in offshore gas and oil development.This paper,based on study of various rules in equipping the offshore drilling platform in A1＋A2 area with GMDSS radio equipment,and in accordance with laws and regulations,describes the particularity and functional requirements of drilling platform communication,summarizes the radio equipment and inspection methods for the drilling platform.These could provide some experience and reference in radio equipment and inspection of the drilling platform.
