摘要
东鞍山铁矿石是我国相对难选的贫赤铁矿,几十年来一直未在常温浮选上取得突破。实验室用新型、高效组合捕收剂TL-5来处理东鞍山赤铁矿的过程中,先后完成了对磨矿产品细度、组合捕收剂TL-5的用量、碳酸钠的用量、浮选时的矿浆温度以及浮选机理等的研究。用新型捕收剂比用油酸钠作捕收剂,浮选温度由30℃以上降至26℃左右、一次粗选精矿铁品位和回收率分别由39.97%和90%提高至40.47%和92.50%,是东鞍山贫赤铁矿石浮选药剂研究上的重要突破。使用该新型组合捕收剂可以降低选厂能耗、减少温室气体排放,符合低碳经济模式的要求。
Donganshan iron ore is a typical poor hematite which is relatively difficult to be processed in China,breakthrough has not obtained under room temperature flotation for several decades.In the research process of handle donganshan hematite by using new type and efficient combined collectors TL-5 in laboratory,research of grinding product fineness,dosage of combined collectors TL-5,dosage of sodium carbonate,pulp temperature during flotation and flotation mechanism and so on were finished.Compare with sodium oleate,the new type collector,flotation temperature reduce from above 30℃ to around 26℃,grade and recovery rate of one roughing refined iron mine are raise from 39.97% and 90% to 40.47%和92.50% separately,is an important break on flotation reagent research of lean hematite ore in Donganshan.Plant selection energy consumption could be lowered,greenhouse gas emission could be reduced by using this new type combined collectors,coincidence with the request of low carbon economic model.
