Marx and Engels's Theory of Economic Crisis and the Recent International Financial Crisis

马克思恩格斯的经济危机理论揭示了资本主义经济危机的基本特征、实质、根本原因、后果和解决办法,对分析当前的国际金融危机仍然具有指导意义。此次危机虽然表现为消费信贷过度,但其实质仍然是生产相对过剩。危机的爆发虽然与金融监管缺失有关,但根源仍然在资本主义的基本矛盾及其两种表现形式。危机的对策主要有:增加人们有支付能力的需求,缓解生产过剩问题;加强政府干预,减少实体经济和虚拟经济的盲目性。

Marx and Engels＇s theory about the economic crisis had provided analytical guidance for the recent international financial crisis by revealing the basic characteristics,essence,fundamental reasons, consequences and solutions of capitalist economy.Although the crisis is feature by excessive consumer credit, its essence remains the relative surplus from production.Even though the outbreak of the recent crisis in limited content due to lack of financial supervision, the root cause remains the basic contradictions of capitalism and its two forms.The correspondent solutions to the crisis are：Increasing demand for people with ability to pay, therefore to ease the problem of overproduction; stronger government intervention to reduce blindness of the real economy and the virtual economy.
