外资入股对中资银行效率影响的实证研究

Empirical Study on the Effect of Foreign Investor's Buying Shares on the Efficiency of Chinese Banks

如何保持足够的金融控股权,又能与外国战略投资者实现合作共赢,已经成为中资银行在引入战略投资者过程中必须面对和解决的问题。因此,需要首先从外资入股对中资银行效率的影响入手,理清两者之间的内在联系。本文结合银行效率理论和财务评价体系,借助聚类分析的方法,建立实证模型,通过回归分析最终得出外资入股对中国银行业效率影响不是很显著的结论。并且,据此提出加强与战略投资者的合作、扩大引进外资数目、改革银行公司治理结构及健全境外机构投资者机制等建议,有助于政府监管部门和中资银行的决策层更好地解决当前所面临的问题。

How to keep financial controlling stake and cooperation with foreign strategic investors to get win-win situation has become a difficult problem for policy makers of Chinese banks.Before answering this question, we should get to understand the correlation between foreign investment and bank efficiency and then obtain the basis to solve the problem.This paper makes empirical study combining the banking efficiency theory and financial estimation with the help of cluster analysis.This paper finds empirical model and uses the multivariate regression analysis.The conclusion is that foreign investment can not influence Chinese banking efficiency remarkably, which can be used as reference to policy makers of governmental supervisors and Chinese banks.
