摘要
本文从历史出发,重点研究了美国和日本经济结构调整的经验,结果发现,虽然两国金融体制有很大的不同,但是在经济结构调整的关键时期都毫无例外地重视商业银行的作用。而英国则因为忽视产业政策和银行信贷的作用,错失发展良机,导致了其工业部门的衰落。综合各国经验,笔者认为,在经济结构调整的关键时期,日本的主银行体制更具有借鉴意义。
This paper reviews the history of economic restructuring in both America and Japan, and finds out that both of them attached much importance on commercial banks in the critical periods of restructuring, though they have different financial systems.In UK, however, the industrial sector declined when the government ignored the importance of industrial policy and financial credit.For that reason, we think that Japan＇s main bank system is more valuable to us as we China now is in the critical period of economic restructuring.
