摘要 针对钢铁生产中的炼钢调度问题提出了集方案化模型、自动化跟踪和预报、智能化炼钢事件分析和决策推荐、集成化事务支持及图形化平台交互的五合一解决方案架构,即宝信MES高级计划排程APS中炼钢调度TPS解决方案。该方案专为炼钢调度问题量身定制,基本形成了炼钢调度用户实施日常调度管理的系统交互方式和人机协作模式,它不仅促进了炼钢调度管理水平的提高,而且也提高了整体MES系统在炼钢调度领域的功能性、有效性和竞争力。 Aim at the characteristics of the problem of scheduling in steelmaking production, It is put forward that five-in-one solution architecture which have multischeme model, automated tracking and forecast, intellectualized steel-making event analysis and the policymaking recommendation, composite affair support, graphics pla(orm interaction mode. Namely Baosight MES advanced production support APS in steelmaking scheduling TPS solution. This solution has custom-made especially for steelmaking scheduling problem, it is entire and is linked together, highly effective cooperation. It has formed that system interactive mode and man-machine cooperation pattern for steelmaking scheduling user to implement daily scheduling management. It not only promotes raising the level of steelmaking scheduling management, but also improves the overall MES system in the field of steelmaking scheduling functionality, effectiveness and competitiveness .
