BCL 2 AND P 53 EXPRESSION IN HUMAN BRAIN GLIOMAS AND ITS CORRELATION WITH DIFFERENTIATION OF TUMORS

摘要 目的:探讨bcl2和P53在人脑胶质瘤中的表达及其与肿瘤分化的关系。方法:采用免疫组化SP法对35例人脑胶质瘤石蜡标本中bcl2和P53进行检测。结果:bcl2和P53蛋白在胶质瘤中的表达率分别为657%和37%。bcl2阳性表达主要位于分化较好的星形细胞瘤;而P53蛋白表达主要位于分化差的间变性星形细胞瘤和多形性胶质母细胞瘤。P53阳性表达与肿瘤恶性度和病理分型均呈正相关。结论:在分化较高的肿瘤中以bcl2表达为主,而在低分化肿瘤中以P53表达为主。 Objective:To investigate bcl 2 and P 53 protein expression in human brain gliomas.Methods:Surgical specimens from 35 patients with human brain gliomas underwent a routine fixation,embedment with paraffin and immunohistochemical staining with a monoclonal antibody against P 53 protein and a polyclonal antibody against bcl 2.Results:Bcl 2 expression was positive in 65 7% of gliomas,and a positive P 53 expression in 37% was shown.Most astrocytoma was positive bcl 2 whereas most anaplastic astrocytoma and glioblastoma multiply was positive P 53.Conclusion:Most tumors of higher differentiation were showed positive bcl 2,whereas most tumors of lower differentiation were in positive P 53,which may play an important role in regulation of tumors differentiation.
