摘要
目的了解白血病临床输血的效果，指导合理输血。方法总结近两年经输血治疗的３３例白血病，了解输血的效果，比较不同血液成分的疗效。结果３３例白血病共输血３６６例次，浓缩ＲＢＣ和ＢＰＣ输注对Ｈｂ和ＢＰＣ降低的疗效明显优于全血输注；ＩＶＩＧ、ＣＳＦ等血液成分对感染和ＷＢＣ降低有较好的疗效。结论成分输血的疗效优于全血，ＩＶＩＧ和ＣＳＦ等血液成分有较好的疗效。强调合理应用成分输血，可节省血液资源，提高输血疗效。
Objective To investigate the new mothed of cryopreservation of hematopoietic stem cell at -80℃ invitro without rate controlled freeling.Methods Seven peripheral blood stem cell samples which got form the patients who would receive the autologous peripheral blood stem cell transplantion (APBSCT) and 19 small volume whole bone marrow samples were mixed with a modified cryoperservative solution at 4℃ and stored at -80℃ directly without rate controlled frezzing. They were detected the cell recovery and trypan blue viability storeed after l week,1 month and 3 months.Results The cell recovery and trypan blue viability are high. Conclusion APBSCT got hematopoietic reconstitution successfully in a short period. The hematopoietic reconstitution successfully in a short period. The new method in vitro is proved really simple and safe.
