先天性心脏病合并肺动脉高压患儿血清血管内皮生长因子含量的变化 被引量:2

Changes of serum vascular endothelial growth factor content in the children of congenital heart disease with pulmonary hypertension

摘要 目的 观察先天性心脏病(CHD)合并肺动脉高压(PH)患儿肺动、静脉血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的含量并探讨其与CHD引起PH间的关系。方法 应用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测CHD合并PH(PH组)以及不合并PH(对照组)患儿肺动、静脉血清VEGF的含量。结果 (1)PH组患儿肺动脉血清VEGF含量与对照组无明显差异(P> 0.05),而肺静脉血清VEGF含量明显高于对照组(P< 0.01);(2)PH 组患儿肺静脉血清VEGF含量明显高于肺动脉组(P< 0.01),而对照组患儿肺动、静脉血清VEGF含量无明显差异(P> 0.05)。结论 CHD合并PH患儿肺静脉血清VEGF的含量明显升高。提示VEGF可能在CHD引起PH 的发病过程中发挥了重要作用。 Objective To observe the changes of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) content in pulmonary arterial and venous serum in the patients with congenital heart disease (CHD) as well as to explore the relationship between the VEGF and the pathogenesis of congenifal heart disease complicated with pulmonary hypertension(PH).Method The VEGF contents in serum of pulmonary arterial and venous blood in the patients of congenital heart disease with PH(PH group) and without PH(Control group) were determined by ELISA.Results (1) There was no significant difference between the serum VEGF content in patients pulmonary artery of PH group and the control group(P>0.05),but the serum VEGF content in pulmonary vein of PH group was significantly higher than that in pulmonary vein of the control group(P<0.01);(2)Serum VEGF content in pulmonary vein was significantly higher than that in pulmonary artery of PH group(P<0.01),but there was no difference of the contents between pulmonary artery and vein of the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Serum VEGF contents in the pulmonary vein of CHD patients with PH were significantly elevated,which suggested that VEGF might play an important role in the pathogenesis of PH induced by CHD.
