突发性自然灾害给国民经济及交通运输业的发展带来了重创,通过对我国交通运输需求及供给的分析,提出突发性自然灾害下应对交通需求的措施,以便更好地应对突发性自然灾害,保证交通体系的正常运转,减少国家的经济损失。

Unexpected natural disasters cause heavy lose to our country’s economy and transportation industry.According to analyzing the need and supply of the transportation industry,this paper proposes approaches of how to meet the transport demand so as to make better response to the future unexpected natural disasters,lower the economic lose caused by them,and then guarantee the regular operation of the transport system.
