康莱特对癌症病人血糖和血脂代谢影响

Effect of Kanglaite Injection on Carbohydrate and Lipid Metabolism in Cancer Patients

［目的］观察静脉应用康莱特注射液对癌症病人血糖血脂代谢的影响。［方法］９例癌症病人接受连续５天，每天１００ｍｌ的康莱特治疗，测定治疗前后的血糖（Ｇｌｕ）、总胆固醇（Ｔｃｈ）、甘油三脂（ＴＧ）、高密度脂蛋白（ＨＤＬ）。以同期８例住院病人为空白对照组。［结果］治疗组病人治疗前后血Ｇｌｕ、Ｔｃｈ、ＴＧ、ＨＤＬ的变化无显著差异（Ｐ＞０．０５），治疗组与对照组比较，血Ｇｌｕ、Ｔｃｈ、ＴＧ、ＨＤＬ的变化无显著差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。［结论］短期静脉应用康莱特对癌症病人血糖和血脂的代谢无明显影响。

Purpose]To investigate the effect of Kanglaite injection on carbohydrate and lipid metabolism in cancer patients.[Methods]In Kanglaite group,9 patients were administered Kanglaite injection 100ml(ivgtt qd for 5 days),and the concentration of serum Glu.Tch.TG.HDL before and after Kanglaite therapy were detrmined.Eight patients without Kanglaite injection in the same period were selected as control group. [Results]There was no significant difference in the concentration of serum Glu.Tch.TG.HDL before and after Kanglaite therapy(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the concentration of serum Glu.Tch. TG.HDL between Kanglaite group and the control group(p>0.05). [Conclusion]Short - term intravenous infusion of Kanglaite injection have no effect on carbohydrate and lipid metabolism in cancer patients.
